So how many of us when we talk about out pets see them as a family member? Pets are no more just pets but most families feel that they are a important member of the family. Lets face it most pets are now getting more human names. How many people have pets name Jack, Max, Charlie, Sofie? Yes some of us still give them silly pet names like snoopy, spot, rover. So here are some findings in a study

30% of pet owners say their pets sleep in bed with them
30% of pet owners celebrate their pets birthdays

20% of pet owners have purchased outfits for their pets
more then 30% include their pets in holiday cards

17% say their pets go to work with them
42% have taken their pets on vacation with them

35% have included pets in a family portrait
43% say their pets have a sense of style

So how many of us read this study and say yeah that is true? OK fess up do you think your pet is a family member? Do they mean as much to you as the rest of your family (like your kids)?
