I think most parents can say when there kids were little that they have the cute little pics of them in the bathtub playing. I know I have a few and they are totally innocent.

Well there was a family in Arizona that went on vacation and while gone the mom took cute pics of her kids ages 5, 4 and 18 months playing in the bathtub together. She also took about 100 family vacation pictures. Well she gets home and heads to Walmart to get the pictures printed. The Walmart employee sees the pictures and calls the police because they feel they are pornographic.

From there the children are removed from the home (for a few days), it takes the parents month to regain custody of them. They had their friends, family and co-workers interviewed and were told that the couple were "sexually abusing" their children and taking pornographic pictures of them. In the end the charges were dismissed. The family is now suing Walmart and the state of Arizona saying they suffered “emotional stress, headaches, nightmares, a general feeling of malaise, shock to their nervous system, grief and depression.” You can read more here.

So do you think that Walmart crossed the line? Do you feel that if it made them feel uncomfortable that they had the right to call the police and at that point it was in the hands of the police?
