For some leveling up in mobsters they can't wait. For some of us we don't want to level up, that is the camp that I'm in. I do not like to level up in fact I try my hardest not to so that I can be the best thug at my level and for the most part I am. I like to build my hourly income up and buy the best of weapons.
Well for the longest time (what a year and a half now) I have stayed under level 100. Well yeah I kinda got board. SO to change things up I decided once I saved a trillion dollars and once I whacked 10k mobsters I would level up to 100. My energy was way up there and I have enough to buy 500 tanks. Well once you guy your first tank (you have to do a mission to get them) you get 300 - 320 experience points so basically once you buy 1 of them your going to level. Ok I want to get my 500 tanks but geeze I would be at level 600 in one day - not good.
In order to not level up you need to commit suicide the mobster way. Basically this is what I did. I leveled to 100 I then bought 50 tanks and yeah I did go up to 150. First you need to make sure you have tons of police badges. You get those by doing a mission in "Downtown"

Then I went to the Made Men list and fought the top guy in the fighters range to basically kill myself.

SO your asking WHY would you do that? Well every time you loose a fight and you die you loose experience points. SO when I get up to close to leveling I die and bam I'm back down. After I died then I would watch my health and once it hit 1 health I would punch myself in the face.

I would do this a few times till I dropped down where it said I needed more then 320 points to gain the next level

Yes it took a long time to do this but it was worth it. Now I know your saying but wait your screwing up your stats. Yeah you are kinda. Your death rate is going up but so is your whacking other mobsters because well your getting credit for whacking yourself so its kinda a wash.
Now depending on your level will depend on how much money you will loose when you die - its half of what level you are at. So I was level 150 so each death I would loose 75 experience points. It basically took me 4.17 times dying to get one tank (which is why you need so many badges). Now once you hit platinum level for the tanks you get a "Experimental Rhino Tank" - it cost the same amount in experience points.

Yes it took me most of yesterday to get 100 tanks - I still need to buy about 400 more but it will happen in time. Time being the major issue since I do not want to level. Mean while to be at level 151 (I did screw up and leveled once) and having 500 tanks would pretty much make me a thug. Right now having 100 at my level pretty much makes me one now.

So like I said it does mess with your stats some but not to bad. Here is my stats before the tanks and leveling and after 100 tanks:

So there you have it - happy mobbing and stop the leveling up. Now mind you when you have 500 tanks others will say you must be cheating but nope you just played the game smart. I have never cheated (never ran a bot) on my profile - I'm just one smart thug!
