Well since most have done a introduction I thought I would do one also. I know that most know me here but hey some don't. Plus its kinda nice to get to know the admin on the site, I'm one of the moderators on GeekDrop.

Well I go by the screen name of "Smartmom" but most of you also know me as Debbie or Deb. So if you see someone call me Debbie in a thread that is ok. I picked the name "Smartmom" one night a few years ago because basically I wanted to be a smarter mom. Yep I'm a mom of three wonderful teenage boys (atleast at the moment they are wonderful). They are my everything and I am truly blessed with them/

Basically I got into computers trying to stay one step ahead of my kids. Over the years I have picked up alot, computers fascinate me. I'm a former moderator on another geek site but now days you will only find me here. Sometimes in life you need to move on and I have found my home at geekdrop.

So a little history on who smartmom is. Well I hold two degrees, one in Commercial Photography and one if Graphic Art. You will also see I'm a very visual person so I tend to post lots of screen shots in my help threads. Now mind you I graduated a long time ago (pre digital age) so I have had to relearn all of that too. You will find me most of the time in Sunny South Florida, however I do love to travel. I love Florida unless there is a hurricane headed my way then ACK! I'm originally from CA. (LA area). I have a home in NC so when I get a free time I head for the Blue Ridge mountains.

Since this is a computer geek forum site I will say I'm a proud PC girl. I love my computer and I'm into custom builds. Like I said I'm visual so L0L here are pics of my PC:
