Well as you remember I blasted on Saturday how much I love the movie Avatar. I took my kids (along with other kids) to see it but we were unable to get into the IMAX to see it in 3D so we had to see it regular non 3D version (2D). So this morning I headed off early to get tickets to see it 3D with the kids. This time we took my dad and my nieces. We went and saw it at the IMAX so HUGE screen.

All of the kids and I agreed that it was much better not in 3D but in 2D. I know that kinda doesn't make senses I mean you would expect it to be so much better in 3D not to mention at IMAX. I wasn't the only one who thought this my kids agreed too. The 3D version just was not as sharp and well with the objects flying at you it was harder to appreciate the true details of the film. I must say tonight's movie kinda killed my whole look on 3D. Don't get me wrong it was still a awesome film.

So if you missed the original thread on the movie you can see it here: AVATAR The Movie

Saturday nights viewing of the movie in 2D I gave it a 15 on the scale of 1-10. Tonight I would have to give it a 10, still awesome but 2D is the way to go here. So I'm curious of those who saw it in 3D if they plan to see it again and if they would go to a 2D version of it.

Check out our poll and vote: Did you like Avatar in 3D or 2D better?
