Artie Lange decided his demons were too powerful for him and attempted to put the light out for good. Artie has one of those personalities where you apparently either love him or hate him. I'll admit that originally I wasn't a fan, but he grew on me over the years, and I personally think this sucks. To make it worse, he was found by his loving mom, all bloodied, who he's done a few song parodies with.

I have a feeling that about wraps it up for Artie on the Stern show. I have a hard time imagining the initial discussion if he came back, and then trying to proceed as usual. Makes ya wonder who the next person to take the his seat will be.
