I didn't post the OK one its the same as KISS but I will add more details about the OK trick below !
If you want to save to higher quality video with the OK trick here is what ya have to do:

~~Say you wanted to download this silly cat one:~~ ~~http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTasT5h0LEg~~ ~~well all you have to do to download it is simply add the word "OK " between the www. and the youtube.com. So to download that video you would simply make it:~~ ~~http://www.okyoutube.com/watch?v=nTasT5h0LEg~~

To Download in higher Quality add 3.OK for 3GP file or 4.OK for .MP4

so you want Smartmoms video ya just downloaded in FLV in 3GP format goto:
http://www.3.okyoutube.com/watch?v=nTasT5h0LEg

or you want Smartmoms video ya just downloaded in FLV & 3GP in MP4 format goto:
