Out of my mind
The internet should not be censored as a matter of principle, period. We aren't communist China or Cuba. The goverment has absolutely no place, for any reason, to regulate what people can and cant see.
Photos like this come up on gore-hound sites like rotten.com from people who are privy to the crime/accident scene, so I guess it's people who work for or are associated with those agencies. I think the only way a court can intervene is when there is a copyright issue at stake, because there are laws to protect people's art. I don't see how these photos can be copyrighted but even so its all moot now...once it hits the internet there's no stopping it
