I know the call of duty games get a lot of attention and rightfully so. They are great games. However my personal favorite War game has to go to EA's Battlefield franchise. And they just released the latest in this long loved series.

Here is a list of all the games in this series so far. This may not be compete as I think there were a few more that I am not aware of. also this does not include expansions or addons packs.

Battlefield 1942
Battlefield Vietnam
Battlefield 2
Battlefield 2142
Battlefield bad company (don't think this one was released for PC)
And the latest Battlefield Bad Company 2 which is released for the PC. If the last one was it got past me.
But this latest one looks cool. Check it out! I'll be picking up a copy to take some time out of the MMOgrind.
