Ok flash back to the Superbowl Commercials and the ETrade ones. Here is the commercial in question

So when you watch that commercial and the one "milkaholic" girlfriend "Lindsay" pops in do you auto think of Lindsay Lohan. I hate to burst her bubble but I didn't think of her - not at all. Besides isn't she gay? So its more likely she would be the girlfriends new girl if it was after her.

Well dear little miss Lohan hate to burst your bubble but you really don't own the market on the name "Lindsay".

Lindsay Lohan Suing E-Trade for Milkaholic "Parody"

"Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said in a statement to the New York Post. "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

So I got to thinking...I'm Scottish and my family clan is "Lindsay". my middle name is Lynn (close right???) and I like milk so maybe I should jump on the band wagon and sue. Seriously Lindsay Lohan needs to get off her high horse and relize that she doesn't own that name.

Here is the reply from ETrade:
The spokesperson for Grey Group, which produced the "milkaholic" commercial, said that they "just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team."

So do you think she has a case? Oh yeah she looks just like the baby
