YAY! I love to crochet. Although I'm really not that great at it. I'm only capable of doing scarves, or blankets (and to be honest ~~sometimes~~ most times those don't even turn out the right shape). But still I find it extremely relaxing and rewarding. I've tried to learn to knit, but that hasn't worked out so great. Still determined to try again though.
I've always been the "young geeky girl" when it comes to that kinda stuff. When i was around 25-26 Used to sit waiting for my daughter at gymnastics class either crocheting or doing needlepoint. Laughing

Even while in High School, used to do the same on the 2 hour bus ride to/from school... Yeah apparently that does not make one uber popular *shrugs*
Maybe my knitting phase will come to life from this forum...
