Does anyone have a Facebook account that is deactivated? If so can you get back into it today?

I have one that I am not able to log into at all, it says that email address does not exist and the profile does not exist and all the questions they ask points to that account not existing period. I tried to sign up again with that same email address and it says there is already an account associated with that email address and it won't let me sign up using that email addy.

I did a search in the Facebook Help Center and apparently this problem just came up over the last 8 hours or so and it has affected many people, nobody is able to re-activate their deactivated Facebook Accounts.

Interesting to say the least and I am wondering when and how they will fix this glitch if that is what it is.

Any thoughts?
