cant say i know of any fancy plans for kite making but some of my fondest memories at my grandparents house is of flying my kite. they were always the cheapy plastic ones but my barbie kite kicked butt ok?! ha! i remember flying to over the canal in the back of their house and it crash landed across the canal in a neighbors yard. i got it back but was so attached i freaked out a little about losing it "way" over there and having to go get it..... ha! i cant wait to bring my kids when theyre older. we have an awesome kite store on the beach here.
