Have you noticed a new item on your profile?

Yep, we now have Comment Walls on geekdrop. Here is what a "Geekdrop Comment Wall" looks like:

So, let me show you a few things that you can do to your wall. If you notice up top I decorated my wall, and you can too. Simply go to your Profile and click on the "Edit" tab up top. Once you do you will see where you can get creative and add a top to your comment wall.

Now to comment on someone else's, wall simply go to their profile and you will see where you can view their wall and leave a comment.

There is also a link that you can click on in the person's posts in the forums labeled "Comment My Wall"
You can also see the different GeekDropper's walls by the hot links on the right hand side. Just go to the "Members Stuff" menu, and the side tab will show you a few links, and one is a live Comment Wall Tracker

Once you're there you can see who has how many comments and when the last comment was made - it's just what it says: a "Comment Wall Tracker". However you can click on the persons name and go straight to their wall.

To leave a comment simply go to the persons profile, to their comment wall, and click on the "add comment wall entry" like this:

It's just like adding a comment on the site - the box looks the same, so just add away and click send.

Here are some Q & A's about Comment Walls:
Can you make your Comment Wall private? Nope. Sorry, your wall is public BUT it's only viewable by Premium Members so you're safe from Google's eyes, and NON-premies, but not from other premies. What is that saying? "Don't write anything you wouldn't want your momma seeing" Laughing

Can you comment on any NON-Premium Members wall? Yes, BUT they won't see it until they become a Premie member. NON-Premie members have no way of viewing walls (including their own wall) or commenting on walls (its a Premium Membership perk).

So now that you know about the wall and how to leave wall comments - go forth and comment! If you're not a Premium Member then this might be a reason to join us in the fun!
