- In iTunes, restore your iPhone
- Be sure NOT to sync any personal data to it
- Manually transfer 3 different playlists, big enough to fill the Iphone
Basically what you are doing is a an overwrite, 3 times. Get ready for it to take a long time, but your privacy is worth it, right?
