It worked!! LG tv and a Wii
This has worked on my LG smart tv. But every time I go to Netflix i have to do this. Is there any more permanent solution?
Is there any more permanent solution?
I think we'd ALL like to know this answer!
But no one has determined exactly why it happens in the first place, yet. It has been asked in this thread, but no one has answered yet. If you ever do find out why, please come back and let everyone know!
Hi, When you say to do this steps on the main screen of Netflix, which one is that. I don't seem to be able to find such page... Thanks.

I don't have an LG Smart TV, so maybe I'm not correct when I say this (if someone with one knows for sure, please do correct me!) but the "main screen" basically just means whichever screen you're normally automatically taken to directly after you would enter your login & password. It's also usually the screen that just shows all of the Netflix titles to select from.
thanks very much...worked exactly as you described! OITNB Season 2...lets go!
Thank you....this fixed my problem with d link?
I have a newer LG blu ray with Wi-Fi. I went into the settings menu from the home screen, under "other" selected "Netflix", then "Deactivate Netflix". Go back to home screen, select Premium, select Netflix, you should see a log in screen where you can enter your membership info. Even after all that, I got an error when trying to watch a new episode of a show.
Stardogg,
can't thank you enough... this error has been driving me nuts!..
solution worked perfectly on my smart LG TV
Thanks -- this worked perfectly for my Panasonic Viera TV.
