hellz no, the media hasn't finished beating him with his golf club yet! Everyone loves gossip, and when it's a high profile celebrity its better gossip, when its a high profile celebrity with a squeaky former clean image, its even better gossip, when its a high profile celebrity with a squeaky former clean image caught cheating on their other half with closing in on a dozen women now, we haven't even begun to move on!!! It's only beginning.. 
I'm not going to judge him either way I dont know the full story but I do know it not a good situation for him right now !
OH YAY Tiger Woods is in my area. He parked his yatch in Palm Beach today. Wait to you see the name of his yatch (gotta love this one):

Tiger Woods taking hiatus from golf
I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try.
I would like to ask everyone, including my fans, the good people at my foundation, business partners, the PGA Tour, and my fellow competitors, for their understanding. What's most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing.
After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.
Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period.
So what do you think? Good idea or bad?
I think its probably what he needs to do at this point. Golf is a game of concentration, and right now he's got too much other stuff going on. He's lucky in that he can take an indefinite LOA. I've had some crazy stuff happen in my life, but I still had to get up and go to work in the morning...
This isn't really a surprise, just a formality. It was already expected that he wasn't playing again until at least the first major event next year.
I heard on the radio that he's lost a major sponsor? That could hurt his billion dollar wallet a bit. You get used to a lifestyle, then start hemorrhaging money faster than you expect...
