Your subscription is in progress, but for it to take effect you will have to logout and login again.

Then you can check your subscriptions by looking in "My Account". You should instantly be able to access the Premium forum areas, (see note below) and all of the Premium Member features, however, your new Premium Member badge () will show up on your account within an hour of your subscription going through.
