You have to love dumb crimes. A 21-year-old name Antonio Fernandez Martinez rigged his Ford Crown Victoria with flashing lights, a microphone and speakers. Here is where it gets funny he pulls over a real cop in a unmarked car.

This was in Oakland, CA. It was not the guys first arrest either. He is a convicted car thief. I don't think the police found it so humorous and he is now looking at some serious jail time. The cop, Jim Beere, though he pulled him over to rob him.

Oh yeah way to go Martinez ......uh huh FAIL!
