Twitter is aware of this and they are in the process of fixing it but there currently is a worm going around on twitter. What is happening is twitter users are getting this message:

When they go to the link they get a log in page which is not real its a phishing scam. They are stealing log in information. If you receive one of these you should notify twitter and change your password. You can read more here
