I doubt if pictures would make a difference. "Picture" this: If you were the landlord, how would you know when the pics were taken? Do u have an absentee landlord; i.e., someone who can't visit the property in person? If they can't, they should appoint someone locally to inspect & report to them. That's the way you would want it done, if it were your property, or the property of a loved one.
A digitial camera has the date and time when the pic is taken!. A landlord has a responsibilty whether he's absentee or not. If the person they put in charge of that is not doing their job, that's the landlord's problem.
We have a management company who runs the place and two full time managers. There is someone here everyday. They are actually very nice women. I'll make sure someone checks out the place before I give them the keys then. Thanks again you guys.
No offense, missb; but digital camera dates/times are set by the camera owner. Most are not automatically set. I've seen many pics with bogus dates, simply because the owner didn't know how, or take the time, to set it.
I got out of my lease! Thanks for your help everyone.
The music started again last night. So I went to the management told them that I needed to start looking for a place (I lied we know where we are going) and needed to find out what it would cost to get out of the lease. We just have to pay the last 30 days we are there, and since we got the first month free because we signed a lease we have to pay that. They also said they can't legally keep our deposit for breaking the lease, so if the place is clean (it is) we get the deposit back! Thanks again everyone.
Congratulations princessb!!!!!!!!!! Yay, I knew you could do it. I am very happy for you darlin'.... You go girl!!!
Victory dance!!! Onward and upward to better things!!!

Really? Should I take more pictures? I've been documenting things to try to get out of the lease. Maybe it would help to take lots of pictures before we leave. We didn't even put nails in the wall so that they wouldn't be able to use that against us when we moved.
