oooh Ouch, he's busted big time! Yet another political big wig gets caught cheating. Apparently he's been in Argentina with his lady lover. I didn't realize he is was going to be a candidate in the 2012 Presidential election. Hmmm I wonder will this affect his chances of being successful with that? 
South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford admitted Wednesday, amid speculation over his whereabouts for the last several days, that he has been engaged in an extramarital affair with an Argentinian woman.
"South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford chokes up on Wednesday as he admits to having an affair. 
"I've been unfaithful to my wife," the Republican governor told a news conference in Columbia, the state capital. "I developed a relationship with what started as a dear, dear friend from Argentina."

I'm actually still on the fence on whether their personal lives should be taken into consideration when running for election (except if it was something illegal or horrific) Bill Clinton's indescretion never changed my mind about him on a professional level.

Well his wife spoke out
"When I found out about my husband's infidelity I worked immediately to first seek reconciliation through forgiveness, and then to work diligently to repair our marriage," she said in a release. "We reached a point where I felt it was important to look my sons in the eyes and maintain my dignity, self-respect, and my basic sense of right and wrong. I therefore asked my husband to leave two weeks ago."
I guess she is worth millions, her family is the skil tool family. HIs arrair was a year long. They have four grown children (boys).

I take a different view on it. If a man can't be faithful to his wife, stick around through think and thin, be honest about what is going on (before the media pushes it)... I mean, marriage is the most sacred and cherished thing. If a man can't honor something that big, then I question if he will honor this country through think and thin, if he will always be honest, and if he will really see the importance of the presidential seat. So, I would never vote for him.
In general, he was dumb. Of course people would question if he just fell off the map for a long while.

Well I think Clinton kinda set the tone on extra marital affairs. Atleast he admitted to it so for that I give him some credit. I dunno I kinda look at what the persons views are and not who he or she sleeps with however it they are lying about it then all bets off because it shows there character.
