A friend of mine on Facebook is in a "Supercouponing" phase with a bunch of her girlfriends and posted a picture of how much stuff her friend got yesterday for only $19. Here's the pic:
The Grocery Game
Apparently has a subscription fee, but here is a quote from one of the girls who subscribes to it:
"I pay $10.00 every 2 months for mine. I have no complaints paying for it as I save a ton and it pays for itself. I get a list every week for the store I shop at (Meijer) that lists what is on sale, which coupons to use, etc. I don't have time to search through ads and it's nice because they do all the work for me.
I really like mine because she does all the work. She color codes all the items - green are free, blue are stock up on items and black are buy only if you really need it. She lists all the coupons you need."

There is a blog that I ran into a while back while surfing for me "Deal of the Day" thread. I found a lady who did a whole thing on step by step couponing

I wish I could say I was a coupon person but honestly if its not popping out of the little machine above the item at the grocery store or if its not stuck to the item then I generally don't use it/have it. Now if there is a sign above it that says "$1.00 off in the flier" then yes like a trained monkey I will go get the store ad and rip it out.
