No thats not a guy - but it is one ugly girl IMO. Anyways the new fashon trend is bleaching ones eyebrows. Do you like it? you can read more about that here: click
I think its plain UGLY. I dunno I think ones drapes, carpet and tie backs need to match

Ick.....disgusting....why would anyone want to do this, its so alien looking, anyone ever see My Best Friend's Girl where the dude goes to the hair salon to get his hair cut and eyebrows trimmed and he ends up like this
