Ok I found this funny - first you need to find a picture of yourself. Look for a basic head shot with as much face showing as possible (less hair more face). Once you have that picture you can turn into AVATAR (its really easy to do)

Here is my pictures after I used for the widget. OK the widget below is what mine looked like but click the "Create Your Own" and you can make your own "AVATAR" picture:

FYI It does take the picture some time to load so be patient. ALSO guys can do this too - you choose your sex.
