If you have a gmail did you know that you can see who is looking on your gmail. You can access the last 5 IP's that logged into that account. If you look at the very bottom of your gmail you will see this:
once you click on "Details" it will take you to a screen like this:
now if you have a phone that also gets your email - like my blackberry does then you will also see your mobile device on it.
This is just one way to keep a eye on who is on your email account. If you make a habit of looking every time you log in you will be able to really make sure you are not being hacked into.

This little feature is the main reason why I switched from yahoo to gmail. Love it!
gmail so, so much. ESPECIALLY after my recent attack on my email.

Gotta say I love Gmail, I've had it for over a year and I might be a little snobby about it! 
. The IP feature is just one of many that makes me feel safe.... (The beer goggles can be a lifesaver too!)
this is what made me switch too. i had a stalker that put a keylogger on my pc and then removed it. i was probably too late in switching emails but at least i will definately know now..and earlier. 
and im lovin the undo button with sending emails.
