Somewhere between fantasy and reality...
I picker other....none of those things ever seem to work for me. I lay awake for hours b/c my mind races and I can't shut it off. I wish I could so bad!

I don't have a sleeping problem, but IF there is an occasional night where I'm having difficulty, I'll just lay there trying to get comfy and I'll eventually drift off
