Real some of the time such as when you see the lady with the camera but notice that you do not have a reference like that during the most complex moves which are obviously computer assisted. I do agree kids can dance early and I just saw and filmed this in the past 2 weeks when I went to the Philippines. This kid is 3 years old and lives in a poverty stricken area. It is amazing, he's never been to a kids group after school or taken lessons or any of the advantages we have in the USA. Like much of the talent in the 3rd world, his will go undeveloped.

Stop analyzing this and go to BRASIL to see it for yourself.
You are going to find A LOT of kids that dance like that.
Almost every single song in Brasil has a choreography that is played over and over in different channels so kids see this and want to do dance like that.
I have to warn you though.
If you do go to Brasil you might not want to leave.

It is real but nothing out of the ordinary.

The dancing "baby" does not seem to be a baby anymore; more like of a toddler wearing diapers. And toddlers dance and do all things.
