Fake, fake, fake. I don't know much about film, but it seems to me that the moves may be things the baby does but that is all embelished. I've seen babies who can dance. But I believe someone pieced the moves together. It looked choregraphed and no child that age is gonna follow the beat of the music that well, or stay focused that long. Also, convenient blurring, easily attributed to bad quality, or hiding flaws in CG.

The baby LOOKS real, but I can’t believe a child that age could keep dancing for that long. Children have a short attention span at that age and to see him going for that long without a break is unbelievable.
