That is ENTIRELY real. Bc in brazil....babies/kids are smart in brazil-especially where music is ALWAYS playing....my little cousin can do the same thing. Just teach him what to do....(and yeh im brazilian) I mean its just a video(: I see that all the time aha cute baby(:

Of course it is not fake. He is just Brazilian and has a good rhythm as most Brazilians have.

Once and for all I can tell you this is real , I studied Computer Animation and digital special effects at University to fake this would be very difficult and expensive , you would have to animate the baby in a life like fashion which is very very difficult match the lighting track the handfilmed 'FEEL" AND THE JERKY CAMERA MOVEMENTS all the video is also very long not just a few seconds anyone that says it's a fake has no idea about CG effects , animating this as a fake would be very very costly and required hollywood level postproduction facilities ...
