The computer weights in at 100 lbs and that is because it is totally submersed in liquid immersive cooling. So no fans, no water cooled but its like one giant tank that is filled. I dont think you could work on this thing but I could be wrong. The one in the pic above sells for $9723. and you can read more about it HERE.

I must say I would still go custom builds but in a geeky way this really turns me on
