im still working my way around MS 2007, i have noticed that there is no "save as" button on the menu bar and it's getting old having to hit, office button, then save as, is there a way to add the save as button to the menu bar?

This is easy enough. First, hit the office button at the top left hand corner, you will see "Word Options" in the bottom right hand corner.

Click on that and then choose "Customize" to the far left, and you will see this screen. Where it says "Choose commands from" hit the drop down arrow and choose, "All Commands". Scroll down until you see "Save As" (all commands are in alphabetical order), then click the "Add" button in the middle, it will then be added to the list on the right, click OK. You will then see the "Save As" icon on your menu bar.
