Open the properties of Privoxy in Services.msc , marked Automatic in general, in logon , choose the Administrator account ( in which the whole process was done) and confirmed chose a password, but when you start the service message appears :
" Could not start the service Privoxy ( Privoxy ) Local Computer. Error 1069 :  Could not start the service due to a logon failure . "

I got success installing Privoxy, the program is shown in Taskmgr and Cports, but this does not show any data or message as described in the tutorial, just an empty window in suport Sougeforce argued that this method may be obsolete, the version described in the tutorial is that the oldest available for donwload.
