sick of it but, RECAP of the past week or so? Jon wants filming of his children to stop (saying it's not good for the kids), drains joint bank account, strikes a deal to have another tv station film his kids, ...blah blah blah...

BUT for the twins' bday party they pulled it together and acted civilly for their kids' sake. Whew!
Happy that they could put on their mature pants, if only for a little while.
Today is my kiddo's bday and his father and I will celebrate his bday dinner together with him. These times when we are at the same place for kiddo's sake, he always forgets his pair of mature pants--haven't quite figured out why :? -- but I just gotta keep a smile on my face and stay focused on our kiddo, ignoring whatever issues are going on. Ain't easy, but anything less than that would be unfair to kiddo.
Hope Jon & Kate are figuring that out, too.

TLC network is suing its star Jon Gosselin

The TLC network has sued Jon Gosselin for allegedly breaching his contract as a star of the hit reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8."

The lawsuit, filed Friday in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Md., alleges that Gosselin has failed to meet his obligations as an exclusive employee of the network, while appearing on rival networks' programs for pay and making unauthorized public disclosures about the show.

I agree I think they just got so pissed at Jon that now its a pissing war. Your right the kids and kate are the ones paying. I admit when the show first started I though she was bossy and kinda mean now it has taken a total flip she is the more responsible parent and he is the money hungry out to screw everyone - shame on him!
