Yes thank goodness for Adblock. I'm so sorry, but I think that is sooo funny. I never noticed it doing that.

I set my Firefox to only put the Ad Block Plus icon in the status bar, and then you can just either middle click the icon, or right click and uncheck "Enable Ad Block Plus", to disable it. The icon will turn light gray instead of red.

I laughed too...after I cursed Gmail and it's mama Google. Haha. It's too funny and I still cant adblock them...ha if anyone didn't believe me bout the hours I DON'T sleep, check out the time I posted that and the time I'm posting this Laughing..

Give this Firefox extension a try, it's called Customize Google, and in the options has a gmail section where you can check a box to hide ads.
