I use registry Mechanic and I love it - easy to use but I have a older version. I have version 6.0.0.780 so I'm not sure what new features the newer version has.

I also use Registry Mechanic and have done so for a long time now and I absolutely love it, it would be my choice over and above any of the others I have tried.
