Ok this program is great if you have a file that you want to delete and windows is not letting you delete there is a long process I can explain to you that does almost the same thing but this program works way to good not to just use it ! I reccomend downloading it to a second harddrive and only install it when you need it and BE CAREFULL when using it you can delete important files ! Then uninstall it when you are not using it so your kids don't mess up your PC !
