So I'm sure everyone has heard the latest on Tiger Woods. Apparently he has just admitted to his naughtiness. Is anyone surprised? Personally I'm not, I mean I know he had a squeaky clean image, but alas he is a man and.. well... nuff said...It's a shame though because he had such a clean image and people like to see someone such as him retain it. I'm wondering how this is all going to affect his endorsements and sponsorships. Will he be dropped? Will he be retained? Phelps was dropped a while back for smoking pot, is this the same thing? or is cheating more acceptable than smoking pot?
“Hey, it’s, uh, it’s Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favour. Um, can you please, uh, take your name off your phone. My wife went through my phone. And, uh, may be calling you. If you can, please take your name off that and, um, and what do you call it just have it as a number on the voice mail, just have it as your telephone number. That’s it, OK. You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye.”

OK now with that said who doesn't love a good train wreck Can't wait to see what the enquirer has to say about this one or star mag. I'm sure this accident and everything was like Christmas day for them.
Yes, they're gonna have a field day with this one!!!! And yes nobody is perfect, with fame and fortune always comes some kind of dirt.... too bad he tried to run away in his car from the crazed wife with a golf club I find it so hysterical that she grabbed a golf club to chase him with
They just posted on my news site a statement he released:
I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.
Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. The stories in particular that physical violence played any role in the car accident were utterly false and malicious. Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect.
But no matter how intense curiosity about public figures can be, there is an important and deep principle at stake which is the right to some simple, human measure of privacy. I realize there are some who don't share my view on that. But for me, the virtue of privacy is one that must be protected in matters that are intimate and within one's own family. Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn't have to mean public confessions.
Whatever regrets I have about letting my family down have been shared with and felt by us alone. I have given this a lot of reflection and thought and I believe that there is a point at which I must stick to that principle even though it's difficult.
I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves. For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology.

Oh come on!!!! He's scrutinized every day, the only difference is that it was all positive before, now it's negative and embarassing!! And I do believe that she chased him with a golf club, that's why he was running!
yeah how many ppl have to have their window smashed in with a golf club (yes I found her weapon funny too) after hitting a tree? Hummm other doors opened fine. Also the cuts on his face were not really accident related looking but more like possibly fingernails.
Here is TMZ's pic of the car accident...
yep she needed a golf club to get him out of that mess
I just couldn't imagine a life with any and all actions good or bad magnified for all the world to see, laugh at and mock. My thoughts go out to his wife right now. I couldn't imagine this pain and embarrassment every place I turned.
Here is my thoughts in life no one is perfect - we all have some dirt somewhere. I say let the poor man be, he's married and has kids and since none of us are with him 24/7 who are we to judge. None of us know the all facts.
im so on the fence with the " no one is perfect" therory. obviously no one is perfect. (well, maybe orlando bloom.....o....wait....thats his body im thinking of.... )so.... a married person should not cheat. period! besides being deceptive and hurtful it can be physically dangerous. i dont want whatever the "other woman/hoe" has! AND i dont want to expose my kids/potential kids to it. i have told my husband a few times over the last 12 years (not that weve had to seperate or thought about it but just after the playful "you still love me?" question) that if he needs to leave because he is unhappy or out of love then we will seperate and we will work it out. as friends and two people who hypothetically have loved one another we owe ourselves that. i dont want to be the naive wife being pulled along for 10...20 years and i dont want him or me to be unhappy in our marriage to the point of cheating.
I don't think any of this makes me think any less of Tiger Woods. Hell, maybe now I think a little more of him... It's kinda nice to know that after all the money, the physice, the celebrity, the best golf game in the world... he's still a regular douchbag like the rest of us.

SO true Devil.... theres no amount of money, fame or game that can ever change that!!!
