Yea I know, it's ridiculous. That's also another huge complaint that has gone on for years with no results. Take a look at mine right now. I've seen it go even higher than that:

Woooo that is crazy! See I shut mine down a few times a day and restart to get it back. At some point I hope that Firefox addresses that, they really should.

I havent had those problems with FF 3.6 but i have had the problem with the tab situation, links that normally opened in new windows now open in tabs, and vice versa,
